All our products are shipped from Europe (such as our offices in London, UK and Lisbon, PT)

Orders over £85 are eligible for free worldwide delivery. For orders of less than £85, a standard shipping rate of £15 applies for fast, tracked shipping, no matter where you live.

All orders are carefully packaged and sent with tracked shipping, so you know exactly when to expect your products. Most deliveries are operated by DHL Express courier service within Europe and other equivalent courier providers in other countries.
This means deliveries are fast with reliable tracking, and you also have the flexibility to rearrange delivery at a time / day that suits you.
If you order any products requiring impressions to be made and returned, you will also receive a prepaid return shipping label to cover the delivery to our lab.

Your products will be individually prepared. Generally they ship the next day during the week, but will always be ready to ship within a few days of placing your order (depending on restocking it can take up to 5 business days).
Delivery times vary depending on your address and customs processing:
UK and Europe: 1-3 working days
ROW: 5-8 working days
During the closed launch period, some products will only be available on a pre-order basis. In this case, you will be informed as soon as the product is available and updated on the delivery status. The same applies if your order includes any products that are currently out of stock.

You’ll find a prepaid printed label and envelope in your product package with instructions on how to contact DHL for them to pick the parcel up from you, or where you can find your nearest drop off point.
