Returns & refunds for non-custom products*
We are happy to offer a refund for non-custom products within 30 days of purchase if you no longer wish to use them. Please be aware that we must receive returns within 30 days of delivery – this is irrespective of your chosen payment method. The products should be returned via recorded mail in a saleable condition, which means: unopened and unused, with all original product packaging, such as any sealed plastic wrap or hygiene seals, intact. You are responsible for any shipping charges when returning this to us.
How to return
Step 1
Contact customer support via your account’s Support tab and confirm the reason for the refund. We will confirm the return address at this stage.
Step 2
Pack up the product properly to ensure it is protected in transit and arrives in original condition.
Step 3
Send us the return tracking number so we can keep an eye on the return delivery.
Receiving Your Refund
Once we have received your package, providing the products are intact and have not been opened or used, we will proceed with the refund within 2 weeks of receiving the parcel. Your refund will be confirmed by email, and funds will be returned to your original payment method. This can take up to 10 days to show on your statement from the time of issue. Please be aware that this varies according to your bank and payment method. If your card has expired since placing the order, please make sure to let us know.
Returns & refunds for custom products**
All our custom product sales are processed through two order stages: the first stage includes your impression kit or an appointment for a 3D scan in London, which enables the lab to create your custom appliances according to a digital model of your dental structure. The second order stage contains your ordered dental care product.
We are happy to offer a refund for custom product impression kits (first order stage) within 30 days of purchase if you no longer wish to use the impression kit, or no longer with to receive the respective dental product. Please be aware that we must receive returns within 30 days of delivery – this is irrespective of your chosen payment method. The kit should be returned via recorded mail in a saleable condition, which means: unopened and unused, with all original product packaging, such as any sealed plastic wrap or hygiene seals, intact. You are responsible for any shipping charges when returning this to us.
